Roberta is not simply the Best of the dozen Massage therapists I've received therapy from; she seems to be playing in a different ballpark alltogether. She not only listens carefully to what you want to accomplish in a given session; as she's giving a massage, she's always refining her sense of what is causing the problem you descibe.
 
I've had my share of therapists whom you tell what your problem is and what you'd like to accomplish, and they go ahead and do their program. Roberta truly listens.

I began seeing Roberta several years ago for chronic pain in my neck and left shoulder.  After several sessions the pain abated.  I see Roberta twice a month and have not been bothered by neck pain for several years now.  She also has helped my back in general.  I had a spinal fusion when I was twenty and have scar tissue which causes some aching and stiffness. Roberta is effective at maintaining easy movement in my back.  I cannot recommend her highly enough.  She is very professional and cares greatly about her patients.

Every member of my family has used Roberta Jackson as our preferred massage therapist and the relationship exceeds 15plus years. Roberta is an expert. She has worked successfully with my wife who needs therapy for chronic pain; with me who has needed deep tissue massage and constant "tuneups" tied to the nature of my work, and with my daughters from the time they were young teens to adults.
As the CEO of a family service organization involved with many clients with different types of chronic health issues, I highly recommend Roberta to be working with patients referred from medical centers and related health settings. Many such patients require a much higher level of patience and sensitivity in addition to core competencies. Roberta would be ideal.Those with chronic pain and chronic conditions would especially benefit. She is a trainer and teacher of other therapists.
